To nourish your organization’s growth with learning solutions that support employee performance and business goals.
Any organization that would like to improve its customers’ experience knows such a commitment requires alignment from the inside out. Learning solutions should breathe clarity and evoke conversations on how people can most effectively use workplace processes and systems to achieve customer satisfaction.
Hallie Sinor, Founder / Learning Experience Designer
Hallie founded San Francisco-based Envision High Performance Solutions to provide lean performance-based instructional design services. She collaborates with learning teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning experiences that transfer on-the-job. Her experience includes corporate learning projects with Genentech, AT&T, Deloitte, UPS, Wells Fargo, Wal-Mart, and The Gap, as well as with nonprofits and entrepreneurs. Prior to consulting, she supported sales teams in the telecommunications and advertising industries as an internal performance consultant. Hallie began her career facilitating design labs at an arts college. Her MS is in Instructional Technology from Georgia State, and her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. In her free time, she is active with community outreach, builds seven layer waffle extravaganzas, and leads outdoor community yoga classes.
I’ve worked with Hallie on multiple corporate training projects over several years. I highly recommend her. She sets the standard for professionalism, talent, dependability, and has a cheerful, can-do attitude. You can always rely on her to produce high-quality, effective training within budget and on time. She communicates any project snag promptly so the project can be delivered efficiently. Hallie is particularly good with alignment between silos and adding interactivity to build an audience’s confidence by doing.
