Hallie Sinor, Founder / Learning Experience Designer

Hallie founded San Francisco-based Envision High Performance Solutions to provide lean performance-based instructional design services. She collaborates with learning teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning experiences that transfer on-the-job. Her experience includes corporate learning projects with Genentech, AT&T, Deloitte, UPS, Wells Fargo, Wal-Mart, and The Gap, as well as with nonprofits and entrepreneurs. Prior to consulting, she supported sales teams in the telecommunications and advertising industries as an internal performance consultant. Hallie began her career facilitating design labs at an arts college. Her MS is in Instructional Technology from Georgia State, and her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. In her free time, she is active with community outreach, builds seven layer waffle extravaganzas, and leads outdoor community yoga classes.
